DC Comics and Graphitti Designs released this Randy Bowen sculpted statue in 1994.
Made of cold cast porcelain,except for the staff in his hands,which is metal in origin.
In 1994 Tim Drake was Robin already,so he is the inspiration.
I think it is about 9 inches in height and in 1/8th scale(they didn't write this information on the box in the 90s),and is # 2212 out of the 3900 run.
There is no damage to the statue and even the box is in decent shape. I posted many shots,so you can see for yourself.
They re-released this in a mini version later,but this is the original full sized statue.
