Has two side pockets - 4 latch closures down the front all there. Decorative button on left upper chest. Bottom lining has some small holes that arent noticeable when worn. You have to really look to see them. Coat was made by a high end manufacturer in Germany. There is no stretch so I would say it fits like a Large to smaller Extra Large - about 38 long measured from top collar to bottom. Measured while laying flat and all the clasps done up it is about 22" from armpit to armpit.
